CONFLICT MINERALS POLICY

In response to the demand of the international community and from the humanitarian point of view, Sankyo Denki Company Limited has set the policy that we do not source Conflict minerals, tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold that has been produced in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its neighborhood surrounding countries.

If the use of conflict minerals is found, we will immediately stop the procurement of the materials and parts which containing them.

With regard to suppliers of Sankyo Denki, we ask understanding about the international situation regarding conflict minerals, and ask for cooperation to our procurement policy.
